From the date in which you, the client, hires a QualStaff applicant through the first 30 days of employment with your company, if the applicant leaves voluntarily or is let go from their position with your company for reasonable cause, QualStaff guarantees the applicant. You, the client, will have the option of proceeding one of two ways; allow QualStaff to refund the placement fee in full or to allow QualStaff to replace the employee with another qualified applicant at no charge to you, the client.
After the initial 30 day time frame had expired and through the end of 90 days of employment with your company, if the applicant leaves voluntarily or is let go from their position with your company for reasonable cause, QualStaff guarantees the applicant. You, the client will have the option of allowing QualStaff to replace the employee with another qualified applicant, at no charge to you. |
