RECRUITING SOURCES

QualStaff understands how difficult it is to locate high caliber candidates. Our staffing team does not rely upon the classified ads as our primary means for recruiting; rather, our best applicants come from direct recruiting efforts and referrals. We also locate applicants through such traditional recruiting efforts as job fairs, broadcast media, community organizations, schools, professional associations and the Internet.
